Things people often ask
How do I know which service my watch needs?
You don't have to decide in advance. Just get in touch and describe how your watch has been running — we'll take a look and suggest what we think is appropriate. The first assessment carries no obligation.
How long does a service take?
A light check-up is often finished within one to two weeks. Strap and seal work can sometimes be quicker. A complete restoration takes longer — typically three to six weeks, depending on the movement and any parts that need sourcing. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we assess the piece.
Do you work on all types of watches?
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches — dress watches, sports watches, vintage pieces, and daily wearers. If we're not confident we can do your watch justice, we'll tell you honestly rather than take it on.
What happens if you find something unexpected during the service?
We'll contact you and explain what we've found before doing anything further. You can decide how to proceed, and we won't charge you for work you haven't approved.
Can I drop my watch off in person?
Yes, we're at 309 Sukhumvit Road in Khlong Toei and welcome drop-ins during workshop hours. If you'd like to talk before coming, you're welcome to call or send a message first.
Are your prices all-inclusive?
The listed prices cover the core service. If any components need replacement — a worn gasket, a damaged crystal — we'll quote those separately and clearly before proceeding.
