Three services, each at the right level for its purpose
We've designed our services to match the actual condition and needs of a watch — not to push anyone toward the most expensive option.
Our Approach
What happens when you bring us a watch
Every piece that comes in goes through the same initial process regardless of which service it turns out to need. We look at the movement, the case, the crown and seals, and we run the watch on a timing analyser to get a baseline reading. We describe what we observe and suggest a service level — but the final decision is always yours.
If during the work we find something that changes the picture — a worn part that wasn't obvious at first assessment, a seal in worse condition than expected — we stop and contact you. We don't assume approval for additional work.
When the job is done, we run a second timing check and complete a written service note. You leave with both your watch and a record of what was done to it.
Initial assessment
We examine the watch and record condition, running rate, and any concerns. This is shared with you before anything proceeds.
Service discussion
We recommend the appropriate service level, explain what it involves and what it costs, and wait for your agreement.
Careful work
The service is carried out by a trained technician with appropriate tools and materials. No rushing, no shortcuts.
Final checks and handover
Timing is re-measured, water resistance tested where applicable, and a service note prepared. Your watch is returned with a clear record.
Service 01
Light Service & Check-up

A reassuring once-over for a watch in steady, regular use. We clean the movement where accessible without a full strip-down, lubricate the key friction points, and carry out a gentle timing adjustment if the rate warrants it. We talk through how the piece has been running and explain what we see before starting anything. A friendly option for owners who simply want peace of mind. Often ready within a week or two.

Service 02
Strap, Crown & Seal Care

Practical attention to the parts you interact with most. We fit a fresh strap or adjust bracelet links, ease a stiff or loose crown, and renew gaskets and seals where the design allows and the condition warrants it. Where water resistance testing is appropriate to the case design, we carry it out with dry-air equipment and share the result. A sensible choice for keeping a daily-wear watch comfortable and sound.

Service 03
Complete Care Restoration

A thorough, patient restoration for watches that have not been serviced in a long while — covering the movement, case, crystal, and water resistance where appropriate. We disassemble the movement completely, clean every component, replace worn parts as needed, reassemble, and regulate. We keep clear notes throughout and invite you to review progress at key stages. There is no obligation beyond the first assessment. Recommended for a valued timepiece returning to everyday life.

Care and security
Watches in our care are stored securely and handled only by the assigned technician. We don't pass work to outside parties without your knowledge.
Client communication
We answer calls and messages within one working day. If something comes up mid-service, you hear from us before anything changes.
Quality measurement
Timing rate is measured with an analyser, not estimated by feel. Water resistance is tested with dry-air equipment, not assumed from a new gasket.
Transparent pricing
Service prices are stated before work begins. Any additional costs — worn parts, sourced components — are quoted and agreed before they are incurred.
